With our Remote Help Desk, we are well qualified to answer questions and to solve most problems during the call. With extensive expertise in information technology and professional in customer service, each Help Desk representative has the ability and skills to attack situations and resolve IT-related problems on demand, via phone support or remotely.
We will be your single point of contact for users to call no matter what the problem may be. If it's not working properly, the end users call us, and we log the call and assume ownership of the problem until it's successfully resolved.
ON-SITE HELP DESK
With our skilled and Professional team on-site, we are able to handle all issues as they arise, and in most cases, prevent them. Our team will be on-site working with end-users on proficiency, maintenance, and break-fix issues. We monitor what's your environment to make sure that there is no one down due to IT-related issues.
We offer training to end-users who may be challenged in areas of IT which affect their lives daily, and take time understand their needs and help improve their work process.
